Service calls and after sales services are conditioned by the following rules and tariffs for on site services :

1. COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES
     a- Within the limits of Sherbrooke,
          (or the 1st 25 Km);
            25,00 $ for the call;
            35,00 $ per hour on site.

     b-  For regions outside that zone and
          elsewhere in Eastern Canada :
            15,00 $ per 25 Km for the call;
            35,00 $ per hour on site.

2. PRIVATE CONSUMERS
     a- Within the limits of Sherbrooke,
          (or the 1st 25 Km);
           15,00 $ for the call;
           25,00 $ per hour on site.

     b- For regions outside that zone and
         elsewhere in eastern Canada :
           10,00 $ per 25 Km for the call;
           25,00 $ per hour on site.

Note: As far as components sales other than complete systems such as printers, monitors and or separate hardware parts and or accessories, the after Sales Services are limited to the termsof the warranty, on which case time may vary from ten (10) days to tree (3) years, just like systems and as specified on the invoice, is subjected to the same conditions.
On complete systems (Computers, printers, monitors) : Customers who buy at least one such piece of equipment, benefit of tree (3) months of free support and troubleshooting by phone or by e-mail, depending on installed software, general performance and hardware as long as it is under warranties from the supplier and as specified on the invoice..
Parts will be charged in surplus, if there has been negligence by the user or that the terms of warranties are no longer valid.
