- N.S.F. cheques are subject to
a Oui-Yes administrative fee in Canadian currency, the
merchandise held
until complete payment by
the customer whom credit will be revoked for cash payment only
in the future.
- All cheques over 1 000,00 $
must be certified;
- Credit Cards
are not accepted at this time;
- Insurance for shipping is the
responsibility of the customer. Oui-Yes.net assumes no
responsibility or liability once product leaves our premises.
- All sales are final. No
refunds.
- Goods remain the property of
Oui-Yes.net until paid for in full. 1,8% per month is added on
to the overdue accounts past one (1) month after delivery;
- A service charge of 6,00 $ or 1,5%
over 400,00 $ is added on all account not
showing a minimum payment or when no payment have been received at
our place of business within the required time before the
sending of our monthly statements; on or around the 15th of the
month.
- We do not guarantee machine,
product or software compatibility;
- Some products may not be year
2000 compliant.
- All products, other than
specifically marked in "Condition & Warranty" column come with a
10-day exchange warranty if defective only if all original
packaging, manuals, software, etc. are in like new condition.
NOTE: Exchange is not for whole unit but only for defective
part.
- All warranties are
manufacturers unless otherwise specified. (Warranty service is
subject to manufacturer or supplier turnaround time. This can be
anywhere from 1 week to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturer or
supplier.
- Some products may contain
used or remanufactured parts, please see the condition &
warranty column for details.
- Consumables, including
batteries, drums, toners, media, ink cartridges, etc. are not
covered by any warranty.
- There is a service and
administration fee for products returned that are not found to
be defective.
- All Products returned under
warranty (as previously authorized by oui-yes.net, must be
accompanied by proof of purchase (I.E. original invoice) and
original packaging.
- All warranties are limited to
manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage,
software configuration, year 2000 compliance or software
compatibility.
- Oui-Yes.net is not responsible
for any lost data. Please back up your files.
- Defective product returned
under warranty may be repaired or replaced with similar but not
necessarily identical parts or the purchase amount credited on
account, at the sole discretion of oui-yes.net.
