1. All prices are quoted franc on board. - Sherbrooke, Qc. - Canada and valued in Canadian currency;
2. Minimum order value is in Canadian currency;
3. Initial orders, if not paid in advance are due Cash On Delivery by Certified check, postal or banc money order.
4. International Orders are by pre-payment via a letter of credit, Bank or Postal money order or wire transfer only;
5. In order to use a Company cheque a copy of the cheque must be faxed to (819) 569-4226 or e-mailed to sales@oui-yes.net  for approval prior to shipping or pickup;

6. Businesses who want to pay by check must send us a copy of a void check by fax at 819-569-4226 , e-mail to  sales@oui-yes.net or by standard mail to our business address. in order to be approved by Oui-Yes.net before delivery or pick-up of the ordered merchandise.

7. N.S.F. cheques are subject to a Oui-Yes administrative fee in Canadian currency, the merchandise held until complete payment by the customer whom credit will be revoked for cash payment only in the future.
8. All cheques over 1 000,00 $ must be certified;
9. Credit Cards are not accepted at this time;
10. Insurance for shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Oui-Yes.net assumes no responsibility or liability once product leaves our premises.
11. All sales are final. No refunds.
12. Goods remain the property of Oui-Yes.net until paid for in full. 1,8% per month is added on to the overdue accounts past one (1) month after delivery;
13. A service charge of 6,00 $ or 1,5% over 400,00 $ is added on all account not showing a minimum payment or when no payment have been received at our place of business within the required time before the sending of our monthly statements; on or around the 15th of the month.
14. We do not guarantee machine, product or software compatibility;
15. Some products may not be year 2000 compliant.
16. All products, other than specifically marked in "Condition & Warranty" column come with a 10-day exchange warranty if defective only if all original packaging, manuals, software, etc. are in like new condition. NOTE: Exchange is not for whole unit but only for defective part.
17. All warranties are manufacturers unless otherwise specified. (Warranty service is subject to manufacturer or supplier turnaround time. This can be anywhere from 1 week to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturer or supplier.
18. Some products may contain used or remanufactured parts, please see the condition & warranty column for details.
19. Consumables, including batteries, drums, toners, media, ink cartridges, etc. are not covered by any warranty.
20. There is a service and administration fee for products returned that are not found to be defective.
21. All Products returned under warranty (as previously authorized by oui-yes.net, must be accompanied by proof of purchase (I.E. original invoice) and original packaging.
22. All warranties are limited to manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage, software configuration, year 2000 compliance or software compatibility.
23. Oui-Yes.net is not responsible for any lost data. Please back up your files.
24. Defective product returned under warranty may be repaired or replaced with similar but not necessarily identical parts or the purchase amount credited on account, at the sole discretion of oui-yes.net.
